- 7-Day Return Window: You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Returns are accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by original tags and box packaging.
- An unboxing video or clear photos of the damage/issue must be provided upon submitting a return request.
- How to Initiate a Return: Email us at info@metloom.com or WhatsApp us at +91 99501 35877 with your Order ID and unboxing photos/video.
- Refund Process: Once the returned item passes quality inspection at our warehouse in Jodhpur, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method (or bank account in the case of Cash on Delivery orders).
- Exchanges: If you received a damaged item, we will arrange a pickup and ship a free replacement as quickly as possible.
